A new day in the neighborhood

Today is gloomy outside. Leaves are starting to fall and you can feel the chill in the air. Soon there will be snow on the ground and we will be stomping around in it soon. A girlfriend and I are getting ready to go for the weekend for a weekend Quilting Retreat. We are so excited! We have a list of projects, tools, and our sewing machines to pack up. Have a great day!

Tupperware, Summer, and Basketball

Joslyn has discovered the fun "famous" tupperware cupboard. She sat here for 1 hour playing. Let me tell you this is a genius idea if you are in the kitchen trying to get supper ready...if you like stepping on tupperware!!
Morgan was the happiest on Labor Day weekend when she was on the "moving cars". This was our first weekend in the camper and "the last weekend" for camping season. Hey, but at least we can say that we used it once. Morgan loves the outdoors and it keeps her out of trouble, most of the time.
Blake had a Jamboree this weekend which included 4 games. He was tired by the end of the day to say the least. He is excited to be playing with the older boys. Having the fourth graders play with the 5th/6th graders to fill some spots seems to be working out just fine.

I am officially starting a blog!

I have attempted this a couple of times as it is hard to keep it updated with all of the wild and crazy things that happen every day. The purpose of the blog will be to keep our friends and family up to date with what the Bies family has been up too, where we are going, and photos, photos, and more photos.... Everyone likes this part the best anyway, right?

My personal goal in the past has been to update it daily, which is impossible!! My new (and a little more realistic" will be weekly. I will have a goal day of Sunday! This means that every Sunday (ideally) you should get an alert that the Bies' Blog has been updated!
